Property managers want to monitor the performance of asset portfolios. This applies to both buildings and infrastructure. RE Assetmanagement enables you to monitor the financial performance of the real estate portfolio and to achieve the maximum return. You achieve financial objectives through continuous insight and timely adjustments.

​DEMO has developed RE Assetmanagement to record and monitor the properties and quality of public space and infrastructure (based on CROW 323) image quality. This includes road surfacing, marking, signage and public lighting. The green elements, such as grass, plants, trees, waterways and outdoor furniture are also included as objects. The maintenance management system includes an iPad app for field recording.​

Management from the desktop and inspection with the iPad

Administrators work in the desktop application where they:

  1. Managing the asset portfolio 
  2. Generate samples with which they monitor the quality of the inspections 
  3. Exchanging information with contractors 

 

Tests are performed on the basis of CROW image quality, and 'ad hoc' (i.e. non-test-related) deviations and enforcement deviations can also be recorded via the app. RE Assetmanagement ensures smarter and cheaper inspection with a high and objective information value.​

Management of objects and reviews in the office using the client application

  • An overall inspection schedule is drawn up by an administrator on the basis of samples or manual input 
  • The resources are then linked with the inspection planning 
  • The inspectors are automatically assigned to the reviews and thus have access to the relevant information about the objects, which are​ linked to them on their iPad. In addition to planned inspections, the inspectors can also record deviations on an ad hoc basis​
