Our consultants know buildings through and through. They have extensive inspection experience, especially with inspections based on NEN 2767 for different types of real estate. But it doesn't stop there; we like to think along about the efficient maintenance of a building and help with the preparation of a multi-year maintenance plans based on the real estate policy. In addition, we use our application RE Maintenance that fits perfectly with NEN 2767. We have a uniform working method and our inspection reports are clear and unambiguous. Our consultants are certified Maintenance Inspector Real Estate (OIV) at "Stichting Comog Examens Vastgoed" (SCEV). It goes without saying that our consultants also have the right VCA certificates, because working safely is paramount!
In addition to applying NEN 2767, DEMO is also active in the continuous development in the field of condition assessments. This further development takes place within the Netherlands through our participation in the standard committee of the NEN 2767. But we also contribute at European level through both standards committees and our European research projects.
