Office Manager

Roos Venema (1981) works at DEMO Consultants as Office Manager. After high school, she studied tourism, after which she started working as a secretary. During her career, she completed the study MBO Professional Secretary. Additionally, she followed several courses, such as business English, difficult language issues and the basic Confidentiality training. By working as an interim secretary for several years, Roos gained a lot of knowledge and experience. She can put her knowledge and experience to good use in her role as Office Manager at DEMO. The great thing about the position as Office Manager is that it is very versatile. Roos can be described ‘as a pivot’ within DEMO for many different activities. Taking care and unburdening colleagues is what Roos likes best. She also finds it important that the office looks neat and tidy. Roos is always present at the firm and she adds a lot of positive energy to the team.
