Menno van den Broeke (1972) works as a senior real estate consultant and is the head of the Consultancy department at DEMO as well as a MT member. Menno studied Civil Engineering at Delft University of Technology and has extensive experience in the management and maintenance of real estate, building regulations and methodology development. Menno is a lecturer on NEN 2767 and also a member of both the standards committee NEN 2767 and the examination committee SCEV. Menno leads the Consultancy Department at DEMO and is committed to integrating the innovative software products of the RE Suite into solutions for real estate information management issues. Menno uses his down-to-earth, pragmatic and customer-oriented approach for the organization and execution of survey projects, advice on construction and policy, and training and implementation processes for the software.
