Researcher and Project manager

Eren Cavusoglu (1996) is a researcher and project manager at DEMO Consultants with a background in civil and systems engineering. He holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's in Civil Systems Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, where he developed data models and automated systems supporting the circular economy in the built environment. His Master’s thesis evaluates physics-based automated disassembly sequence planning simulation tools for aluminum window disassembly, focusing on reliability and key performance factors. Eren has over two years of experience as a student research assistant at TU Berlin, working on 3D deep learning applications such as semantic segmentation and object detection from raw point cloud data. At DEMO, he contributes to EU-funded projects like INBLANC, BuildUPspeed, Reincarnate, and OneClickReno, covering both technical research and exploitation activities. With his background in AI systems, he is dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technologies into research and industry solutions for the built environment.
