Barbara Plug (1970) works as Manager Operations at DEMO Consultants and is also involved as a member of the Management Team. She graduated in Dutch language and literature at Leiden University and has over 17 years of managerial experience in the business sector. In 2022, Barbara briefly switched to education, obtaining a first-degree qualification at ICLON in January 2023. After two and a half years, she nevertheless chose the business sector again, and has been involved in DEMO's internal organization since September 2024. She aims for continuous improvement and is competent in HR, ICT, marketing and finance. With a people-oriented and practical approach, Barbara tries to achieve various (ambitious) goals together with the entire team at DEMO Consultants.
