​​​​​​​​​Using special scanners, we create a visual 3D representation of a building and make it accessible as a virtual tour. Data and information relating to defects or renovation can be linked to the model. The model is thereby a basis for a point cloud and/or a BIM model.

Direct and a​ccurate measuring​

The Virtual Model allows direct measurements of surfaces, rooms, doors, walls, windows and so on.

It works simply by setting a start and end position and the distance between these two points is automatically displayed.​​​

​Within the 3D Virtual Model, each floor can be viewed and exported as a floor plan.

For a virtual experience
With a link or code, the 3D Virtual Model can be viewed on any device. With the 3D Virtual Showcase app (for iPhone and Android Phone), objects can also be viewed offline.

With an embedded code, a virtual tour can also be posted on one's own website and shared via social media. The virtual tour can also be viewed with special VR glasses, making the viewing look even more realistic.
