3D Virtual Models

For monumental buildings

​​​​​​With special scanners, we create a visual 3D representation of a monumental building such as a church, mill or castle and make it accessible as a virtual tour. Data and information regarding defects, deficiencies, maintenance or renovation can be linked to the model. The model is also a basis for the creation of a pointcloud and/or a BIM model.

Een 3D Virtual Model kan online toegankelijk worden gemaakt voor bezoekers. Via klikbare tags kan multimedia worden geïntegreerd zodat op verschillende locaties in het pand extra informatie kan worden gegeven in de vorm van tekst, foto, video of links naar webpagina's.


3D Virtual Models optional i​n the RE Suite

The 3D Virtual Models can be made available within the RE Suite. Within the model, tags can be added at specific locations within the building. These tags can be provided with links to the inspection results and measures recorded for the specific location.

3D Virtual Models can be converted to BIM models and are therefore always a good investment.​

For a virtual experience
With a link or code, the 3D Virtual Model can be viewed on any device. With the 3D Virtual Showcase app (for iPhone and Android Phone), objects can also be viewed offline.

With an embedded code, a virtual tour can also be posted on one's own website and shared via social media. The virtual tour can also be viewed with special VR glasses, making the viewing look even more realistic.
