DEMO provides a telephone helpdesk (+31 (0) 15 750 25 20 ) during business hours and a web helpdesk to provide support to RE suite users. The users are entitled to support for the software and also participation in the user group with which you can steer in the further development of the software. The telephone helpdesk is available on working days from 08:00 to 18:00. In the event of any malfunctions or problems, a prompt and expert response will be made. Our helpdesk staff will also contact you themselves, when any error message is automatically reported from your software application in our so-called 'issue tracker'.
