RE Risk is the tool for controlling risks and costs and monitoring real estate quality levels. This application enables the identification and assessment of deficiencies, risk events and the creation of risk maps per building.

Buildin​​g risk inventory and inspection​

If you own or manage real estate, then managing financial risks is one of your main tasks. Many risks are formed by uncertain factors and cannot be foreseen. Yet there may be avoidable risks, if you can identify these, you can take the necessary actions. But besides financial risks, there are many other risks that need to be monitored. These include fire safety, asbestos, fall protection, legionella, compliance etc. 

The appropriate surveys are available in our app RE OnSite for on-site inspection. Then, with RE Risk, these data are analysed and translated into risk scores and a risk matrix.

  • Available as a Cloud solution, but if required on a stand-alone PC​ as well
