We recently received notification from the European Commission that our Expert tool has been analysed by the Innovation Radar and has now been published on their platform on the basis of, among other things, market potential. A great recognition of which we are of course very proud. The Expert tool is a software tool, specifically for energy experts, to collect, analyse and visualise large amounts of energy, comfort and health data.

Data is the new oil and information the new electricity. More data is being collected than ever before and digitalisation is continuing unabated. For property information management, this is a promising development. Opening up data and converting it into useful management information enables you as a property manager or administrator to steer sharply on returns, quality and risks. How fire-safe are your buildings?
The fire safety of many existing homes often does not meet legal requirements. This is why house fires are too common and cause unnecessary casualties. Fire scans carried out by us at a number of housing associations show that many homes do not comply with building regulations even from their completion.
