Consultant

Vincent Gruis is a Professor of Housing Management at Delft University of Technology, where he also graduated and obtained his PhD. His research and education focus on organizational strategies for the renewal of the housing stock. How can parties (governments, developers, investors, builders, architects and of course users) work together to make the living environment better? In recent years, he has mainly focused on realizing a circular housing and real estate stock. His style is characterized by a combination of an analytical look with a connecting attitude and he always tries to remain pragmatic, without harming core values. He is a strong supporter of co-creation, in which academics not only think about the profession, but develop new solutions together with parties in the field. In addition to his work at TU Delft, Vincent also participates in various committees in the real estate world, including the Advisory Board of DEMO.
