The workshop brought together participants from all over Europe, representing diverse geo-clusters and socio-cultural environments, to ensure that the proposed project is able to address the needs of heritage buildings in different regions. The interactive whiteboard function allowed for a productive and dynamic discussion, as all participants were able to share their ideas and perspectives on the different topics.
Maintenance was a key topic of discussion, with participants discussing the different challenges and solutions for maintaining heritage buildings. Energy performance was also a major focus, as participants discussed ways to improve energy efficiency in heritage buildings while preserving their historical value. Digitization and sustainability were also important topics, as participants discussed ways to incorporate new technology and sustainable practices into heritage buildings.
Overall, the workshop was a success in aligning the requirements and characteristics of the pilot sites and incorporating the input of all participants. The proposed project will now be able to address the needs of heritage buildings in diverse regions and cultural contexts, resulting in higher demonstration and validation value.
